Our Office Admin (Yvonne), has a great opportunity to go on a Mission Trip to India with her Church (Cornerstone Christian Fellowship) - part of the Harvest India team (www.HarvestIndia.org) in January 2013.  Just a little bit about Harvest India: Based in southern India [Tenali, Andrah Pradesh], Harvest India is a humanitarian organization that operates as a non-governmental organization in India and a non-profit ministry in the United States.   Harvest India’s mission is to carry Christ’s compassion to every village in India. As we faithfully carry out this mission, our long-term vision is to reach 10 million people in 5,000 unreached villages with God’s grace. 
Here are a few places we (the CS Missions team) will be serving: (Sharing the Love of Christ)
·         A Leprosy Awareness Camp–here we will pray with them and give food to them.
·         An Elderly Home-which we will pray with women who had been abandoned by their families.
·         A Medical Camp- where we will help pass-out medicines and pray with the people who are sick.
·         A Mercy Camp-where we hand out food to about 300 kids.
·         Witnessing at the Red-Light district-this is where women are sold into prostitution.
·         Visiting a Nursing Center & The Hope Care Center-which is a HIV/AIDS hospice.
·         The team will also visit an outreach at a church that Cornerstone dedicated.
Yvonne is so honored to be a part of this Harvest India Mission, and hope that you will be as excited for her as we all are.  In helping her reach her Mission trip fees, we here at Vigilant would like to help her fundraising efforts.
