November 6, 2019 was an amazing step forward for Vigilant Technologies! Vigilant was awarded a Small Business Innovation Research Phase II grant after a successful pitch presentation at the USAF’s Space Pitch Day in San Francisco, CA. Our proposal was accepted by the U. S. Air Force leadership and a contract was signed the same day. We’ll now be working to develop our software for use by Air Force operators at the National Space Defense Center, helping support the modernization and technical advancement of their operations toolset with AI. Thanks to our Sherpa, Apoorva Bhopale of AFRL, and our Hyperspace Challenge champion, Gabe Mounce of AFRL, for helping get us there!
