The new Vmware Virtual Infrstructure ( Vsphere ) provides thin provisioning (saves disk space), integrated back-up, chargeback accounting, higher ISCSI performance, improved managment features, integrated application layer security with the embedded Cisco Nexus switch and the ability to hot add processors and memory.
